STRENGTH:

*After each round of OHS perform a ME BW bench press.

CONDITIONING:
POWER CLEAN & JERK 165/115#
BAR MUSCLE UPS
12-9-6

*Sub for 1 bar muscle up is 2 C2B pull-ups & 2 dips,( or ring dips).
