STRENGTH:
SHOULDER PRESS

*After each set of 5 reps perform 30 x unbroken sit-ups
**Rest 60-90 sec between complex sets

CONDITIONING:
5 X DEADLIFT 275/185#
10 X BURPEE'S
5 ROUNDS
