CONDITIONING:
10 ROUNDS OF "CINDY"
5 X PULLUPS
10 X HR PUSHUPS
15 X SQUATS
*AFTER EACH ROUND PERFORM A
 CLEAN & JERK AT 90-95% OF YOUR 1RM
