WARMUP:
COACHES CHOICE

STRENGTH:
DEADLIFT
10 SETS X 2 REPS @ 85% OF 1 RM
*AFTER EVERY EVEN SET OF DEADLIFT, PERFORM A 
MAX EFFORT BW BENCH PRESS
**Rest 60-90 sec between rounds.

CONDITIONING:
7 MIN AMRAP OF
5 X KB OR DB SNATCH'S 50/35 
7 X BURPEE'S
