4 x PUSH JERK
4 x FRONT SQUAT
8 x BOX JUMP 24"/20"
    5 ROUNDS
** All done with 135/95pd Olympic Bar

FINISH = 30 x TOES TO BAR
                 40 x BACK EXTENSIONS
                 50 x DOUBLE UNDERS
