GOAL = In teams of 2, one athlete will be doing thrusters while the other is doing the run. First team to 200 thrusters,(TOTAL), wins!!!! During the WOD the sandbag should never touch the ground, if it does 5 burpees per team mate. GOOD LUCK!!
