ROW 250 METERS INCREMENTS
100 x KB LUNGES 35/25pds
100 x KB PUSH PRESS 35/25pds
100 x KB SQUATS 35/25pds
100 x KB SWINGS 35/25pds
**While 1 athlete rows 250 meters, the other will try to complete as many reps as possible in each exercise. When athlete #1 finishes the row athletes will switch and athlete #1 will begin where athlete #2 left off.
