        10 ROUNDS

FINISH =  5 x WHEEL ROLLOUTS
                 10 x V-UPS
                 15 x BACK EXTENTIONS
                 20 x RUSSIAN TWISTS (25pd plate)
                 ** High rep of bicycles after each round
                       3-5 ROUNDS
