70 x BACK SQUATS 155/105
50 x OH SWINGS 50/35
30 x STRICT TOES TO BAR

**Make sure you keep your core solid on swings and back squats.
If you experience back tightness, don't do RX! 

FINISH = 100 x HR PUSHUPS
