 **Odd rounds = regular pushups
     Even rounds = Incline pushups, (feet up on box).

FINISH = 30 sec x FLOOR WIPERS
                 30 sec x V-UPS
                 30 sec x FLUTTER KICKS
             3 ROUNDS
