  1. Love the double WOD'S! AMRAP 24 mins is awesome! Cant wait to see the "Finisher" WOD after the 1st 2 WOD'S. Then maybe we can do a cool down WOD after the finisher WOD, then maybe a getting ready for bed WOD just befor bed time. Let start doing a early moring wake up WOD'S too, Screw it, lets just do WOD'S all day! IM IN!.....3,2,1 GO!
