WOD 11-7-10

"THE CROSSFIT TOTAL"

SHOULDER PRESS 1-1-1
DEADLIFT 1-1-1
BACK SQUAT 1-1-1

**Record max for each lift then add those max's together giving you your crossfit total.
Go to CrossFit.com, FAQ then scroll down to the CrossFit Total  to find where you stand on a chart for your weight class. GOOD LUCK!!!
