  1. WOD #6? They've only made it to number 5? Maybe you mean 2010 CrossFit games WOD #6? Yeah that must be what you mean. If you want to know what workout number 5 is do a google search for crossfit games. There is a whole website dedicated to all this stuff. If you need help finding any of it you know how to get a hold of me. I'm the man.

  2. Settle down Dananimal, Brian Just couldn't see above the keyboard, so he didn't know what he was typing. Iv' e recently found out this is the way he creates all the WOD's, blind typing & whatever comes up, that's the WOD! Cut shorty some credit, he's creating great WOD's.
